How long does domestic shipping take?

All orders are shipped from Toronto and Calgary. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee shipping times as it varies on location. Estimated shipping times will be calculated at checkout.Please allow up to 7-10 business days, thank you.

Lost or stolen packages?

INM uses the most economical carrier available to ship your package.

Once the package is tendered to the carrier, INM is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier with the tracking number provided in the event your package is not received.

How do I know if the products are authentic?

We ensure that every item that is made/sold is not only in beautiful condition but also 100% authentic. All items are inspected by Entrupy. 

As all items are handmade through a multi-step process, imperfections are not uncommon and are to be expected. 

NOTE: Due to cold temperatures, please be mindful of INM packages sitting in the mailbox or on the front porch outside. Cold temperatures for long periods of time will cause small cracks in edges as we only use natural materials and real leather.
